We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received (except Local Pickup with Cash on Collection).
- We accept PayPal, debit/credit cards (via PayPal or WooPayments), and Cash on Collection if you choose Local Pickup at checkout.
4. Shipping
- We offer Free Standard Delivery to mainland UK addresses only.
- We do not deliver to certain postcodes, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Shetland, BFPO addresses, and other excluded postcodes listed in our Shipping Policy.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days, with delivery in 1–3 working days (excluding bank holidays and public holidays)).
- Customers may also choose Local Pickup, and optionally pay Cash on Collection.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/damaged.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
