- Standard Delivery is FREE on all orders.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Areas We Do Not Deliver To
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to certain locations due to courier restrictions and surcharges. These include:
- Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
- Isle of Man (IM postcodes)
- Channel Islands (JE, GY postcodes)
- Scottish Highlands & Islands (HS, IV, KW, AB36-38, AB54-56, FK17-22, PA20-38, PA41-80, PH15-50)
- Isle of Wight (PO30-41)
- Isles of Scilly (TR21-25)
- Shetland Islands (ZE postcodes)
- British Forces Post Office (BFPO addresses)
If your postcode falls into one of these areas, checkout will show “No shipping options available.”
Local Pickup & Cash on Collection
- Customers also have the option to collect their order in person from our location.
- Select “Local Pickup” at checkout if you prefer to collect instead of having your order delivered.
- You may choose to pay in cash on collection.
- We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a convenient collection time once your order is ready.
